Prior to ALI, Desiree Bombenon was an entrepreneur and business consultant, and served as CEO for a North American-based outsourced corporate multimedia contact and call center recognized for its commitment to ethics and its employees. Ms. Bombenon has been active in a number of civic and nonprofit organizations in both Calgary, Alberta and throughout Canada.
