Gregory Parham

Prior to ALI, Gregory Parham served as the presidentially-appointed Assistant Secretary of Agriculture for Administration at the USDA, delivering central administrative management support to operations in the United States and over 60 other countries. Mr. Parham has held leadership positions with several USDA agencies and initially worked as a veterinary epidemiologist with the Public Health Service at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
