Prior to ALI, Kimberly Kispert led the expansion of IBM’s marketing organization into new growth areas in the U.S., Eastern Europe, China, and India as a member of the company’s senior marketing leadership team. Ms. Kispert has designed and implemented new operating models to standardize and measurably improve the efficiency of IBM’s marketing and communications activities, reducing costs company-wide.
