Prior to ALI, Scott Hefter was chief marketing and business officer of Abt Associates, an international policy and research consultancy. Mr. Hefter was also a partner at Boston Consulting Group, president of the firm’s federal business unit, and U.S. management consulting and global analytics leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers after its acquisition of PRTM, a global strategy and operations consulting firm where he served as CEO.
