Keith Forman

Prior to ALI, Keith Forman spent 35 years leading companies in the energy industry, and most recently was CEO of publicly traded Rentech Nitrogen Partners. He was CFO and director of hydrocarbon infrastructure companies Crestwood Midstream Partners, El Paso Corp., and GulfTerra Energy Partners. His career began at Manufacturers Hanover Trust working with the firm’s natural gas pipeline clients.
Keith’s career includes work at renewable energy businesses and senior roles in two green investment vehicles, a bio-diesel business and an industrial wood-pellet manufacturer. As an energy executive, he has been an active steward of the communities in which his businesses have operated, from the community level to environmental health and safety.
