Jim Leyden brings to ALI corporate legal experience in governance, mergers and acquisitions, and public reporting. He served as corporate vice president, general counsel, and secretary for Teleflex, a publicly held global provider of medical technologies; general counsel of InfraSource Services, a utility infrastructure construction company; and associate general counsel at Aramark Corporation, a publicly held provider of food service, facilities, and uniform services to hospitals, universities, school districts, stadiums and other businesses around the world. Jim began his legal career as a mergers and acquisitions attorney at the global law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He serves on the board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
