Sallie Bailey

Sallie Bailey brings to ALI senior finance leadership experience within publicly traded companies, most recently serving as executive vice president and CFO of building products manufacturer Louisiana-Pacific Corp. Previously, she led the finance function at materials manufacturers Ferro Corp., and The Timken Company and currently serves on the boards of L3Harris, NVR, and Azek Building Products.
Sallie is a board member of the Dan & Margaret Maddox Fund, which supports education, marginalized youth, and wildlife conservation programs in Middle Tennessee, and of the YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee. A co-chair of the Tennessee chapter of Women Corporate Directors and member of the Wellesley College Business Leadership Council, she also served as treasurer and on the board of Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee.
