Wendy Hayes

Wendy Hayes brings to ALI extensive financial consulting and business oversight experience in China and the U.S. She is a venture partner at a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley, serves on the boards of several NYSE and NASDAQ listed companies, and is an advisor to several companies with cross-border operations. A native of China, she started her career in Beijing when KPMG first expanded into the country. She later joined Deloitte San Francisco and became a partner at Deloitte China, working in Beijing and Hong Kong. Wendy served as the China expert and led inspections for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, an organization established by the U.S. Congress, overseen by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and charged with reviewing audits of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors.
