Greg Herrema brings to ALI leadership of significant global businesses within multi- national industrial and technology companies. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, a world- leading life sciences company, he was most recently senior vice president and president of the company’s $8 billion+ laboratory supplies distribution business, after previously leading the company’s biosciences, analytical instruments, scientific instruments, and environmental instruments businesses. Earlier Greg worked at GE, more recently as president of the railway signaling business within GE Transportation Systems, and earlier leading market development activities for GE Plastics. He was board chair of the Analytical, Life Science, & Diagnostics Association and a board member of the Virginia Tech Foundation.
