Marina Landia
2026 ALI Partner

Marina Landia brings to ALI a multifaceted career as a video and performance artist whose work explores the intersection of technology, society, and human values. Originally trained as an architect in the Republic of Georgia, she began her artistic journey at the Georgian Film Studio before emigrating to Germany, where she continued her studies at the Institute for Art in Context at the UdK Berlin and later taught interdisciplinary courses. Over the past two decades, Marina has developed collaborative projects with institutions such as the European School of Management and Technology, Berlin, the MDR Symphony Orchestra, Leipzig, and The City Quantum & AI Summit. Her acclaimed works—ranging from immersive installations to participatory performances—have examined themes including the global economy, democracy, and artificial intelligence, and have been presented across Europe and the U.S. Marina co-founded the Landia Art and Economy Foundation to support young artists engaged in interdisciplinary research. Through her art, she creates emotionally resonant spaces that foster reflection on complex contemporary challenges, including the societal implications of AI.

Marina joins her husband, Alexander Landia, as an ALI Partner.
