Shawna Wilson brings to ALI more than 20 years of executive leadership at PepsiCo, where she held senior roles across finance, sales, strategy, and risk management. As vice president of strategy and transformation for PepsiCo Foods North America, she established the company’s global business services function, leading major transformation initiatives and operational improvements across international teams. Shawna previously served as chief risk officer for PepsiCo, region CFO at Frito-Lay, and general manager of PepsiCo Foods’ Northeast Region, consistently driving revenue growth, strategic innovation, and cultural change across markets in North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Shawna has dedicated significant time to nonprofit and community service. She served on the boards of the Texas Women’s Foundation, the New York Women’s Foundation, and the YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas, among others, advising on governance, strategy, and gender-focused philanthropy. A longtime advocate for equity and leadership development, she has also contributed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Young Leaders Council and the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, and was a member of the board of Daily Table, a nonprofit working to resolve food insecurity in urban food deserts.
