Dan Berlin brings to ALI diverse expertise as an entrepreneur, investor, and nonprofit leader focused on inclusive innovation, global entrepreneurship, and social impact. Dan co-founded and led Rodelle, helping grow the company into a global vanilla and flavor business while building farmer-owned supply chain partnerships in Madagascar. After the successful sale of his company to Archer-Daniels-Midland, Dan created 10Clicks Capital and served as a founding investor and advisor to African venture and accelerator initiatives supporting early-stage technology companies and nontraditional founders.

Dan is also the co-founder of Team See Possibilities, a nonprofit supporting blind students through scholarships, mentorship, leadership development, and professional networking. Through the Dan and Sheila Berlin Foundation, he supports disability, education, environmental, and health initiatives. He serves on the boards of organizations advancing accessibility and inclusion for the employment of the blind as well as several startup companies in Africa and Asia.
