Cross-Cohort Workshop

We are eager for you to meet the 2022 ALI cohort, reconnect with coalition colleagues, and enjoy keynote discussions with Arthur Brooks (Harvard Business School), Linda Hill (Harvard Business School) and Lee Pelton (The Boston Foundation).

The brand-new workshop format will also feature project roundtables where the 2022 cohort will share their emerging ideas and seek your feedback. And of course, we’ll offer several coalition panels with advice and lessons learned from past Fellows’ post-ALI journey and ample unstructured networking time for you to connect informally with current and past fellows!

PLEASE NOTE: The 2022 CCW sessions and activities will take place in-person only at Harvard Business School and advance registration was required. Registration closed on May 10th. For those unable to attend we will record keynote sessions and make them available after the event. Unfortunately, live virtual participation is not available.

The current cohort has been hard at work this semester, exploring problem spaces and areas of interest. Each Fellow has thoughtfully prepared a short (1 paragraph) summary of their project idea. We hope that you will take a few minutes to review the attached document which includes a short bio, project snapshot and contact information.

Vineet Nayar and Sampark Foundation: Frugal Innovation at Scale (A) (Optional Reading) (PDF)

Professor Linda Hill’s session will explore “three roles of leadership”. Professor Hill has offered this optional background reading as a real world example of leading through innovation. Please note that this session will NOT be a case study class.
