Event Overview: The ALI Cross-Cohort Workshop comes at the midpoint of the program year and is an opportunity for you to connect with past fellows and gain perspective on your social impact ideas.
The workshop includes learning sessions, panels, active roundtables, and informal networking. The working schedule is included at the end of this document. This year, we will hear from Tom Eisenmann, Howard H. Stevenson Professor of Business Administration and Peter O. Crisp Faculty Chair of the Harvard Innovation labs on learning from failure; and a leader from the public sector: Kim Janey, the 55th Mayor of the City of Boston. ALI Executive Committee Member and former Governor of Massachusetts Deval Patrick will lead the discussion with Mayor Janey. The workshop also features three Coalition panels with lessons learned from their post-ALI journey and pathway roundtables for the 2023 cohort to share their emerging ideas and seek feedback.
