Sally Bagshaw

Prior to ALI, Sally Bagshaw served for ten years as a publicly elected member of the Seattle City Council. Earlier she was chief civil deputy prosecutor in the prosecuting attorney’s office for King County (WA), the 13th largest county in the U.S., and was an assistant attorney general at both the University of Washington and Washington State University. Sally has served on King County’s Boards of Health, Regional Water Quality, and Regional Transportation, as a director of the Association of Washington Cities, and is a founding member of the Washington Alliance for Gun Responsibility. She is the recipient of the King Country Bar Association’s Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year award and the Washington State Bar Association’s annual award for lawyers in public service.
