Lee Stettner

Lee Stettner brings to ALI over three decades of leadership in equity capital markets, health care investment banking, and strategic advisory. As a partner and Co-Head at ICR Capital, he has guided companies, private equity firms, and boards through IPOs, block trades, and capital-raising transactions. Previously, Lee held senior roles at J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, where he advised on landmark transactions across the healthcare, energy, and transportation sectors.
Beyond his financial career, Lee has been deeply involved in community development. He serves on The Advisory Board of New York-based College Access: Research and Action (CARA). CARA ensures that first-generation high school and college students, and students of color have the knowledge and support necessary to enroll and persist through postsecondary education. Lee also serves on the boards of the American Friends of Schneider Children’s Medical Center of Israel, and Israel Tennis and Education Centers, the largest social service agency for children in Israel. Lee is also a tutor at the High School for Art and Design.
