Barry Seidel

Barry Seidel brings to ALI a distinguished career in real estate investment and finance. As the founder and former CEO of Keysite Capital Partners, he led the firm in creating innovative financing solutions for property owners and investors. Previously, Barry was a senior executive at Republic National Bank of New York, overseeing real estate lending and special investments, including major acquisitions such as Canary Wharf in London and prominent New York City properties. He also held leadership roles at The Athena Group and Resolution Asset Management (later merged into Cantor Fitzgerald), specializing in real estate acquisitions, financing, and asset management.

Beyond his professional achievements, Barry has been deeply involved in civic and advisory roles, serving on the real estate board of the New York State Common Retirement Fund and as a trustee and treasurer of the Bryant Park Restoration Corporation. He is a member of the Rutgers Business School Financial Advisory Board.
