Amy Ziering

Amy Ziering is an award-winning documentarian who brings to ALI experience in investigative filmmaking, social impact storytelling, and public advocacy. Amy produced and directed original investigative documentary films and series examining sexual violence, public health, military reform, gay rights, consumer safety, and institutional accountability, including The Invisible War, The Hunting Ground, The Bleeding Edge, Allen v. Farrow, and On the Record. Her work contributed to legislative reforms, policy changes, public awareness campaigns, and national conversations surrounding gender violence, healthcare regulation, and civil rights.

Alongside her filmmaking, Amy serves as a public commentator and advocate on issues related to gender equity, institutional accountability, and social justice. She has collaborated with artists, journalists, and advocacy organizations across film, media, and public policy and has appeared as a subject matter expert on national media platforms. Amy also executive produced documentary and narrative projects focused on activism, human rights, and cultural change.
