Stan Zhang

Xiangdong “Stan” Zhang brings to ALI experience in technology entrepreneurship, venture capital, and digital infrastructure development across China and Southeast Asia. Stan co-founded and led HiChina Group, helping build it into a major domain registration and web-hosting company before its acquisition by Alibaba and integration into Alibaba Cloud. He later founded Jubilee Capital Management in Singapore, focusing on early-stage technology investments, portfolio development, startup growth, and cross-border innovation opportunities across the region.

Stan founded the Jubilee Technology Fellowship at Singapore Management University to support artificial intelligence research and remains active in charitable and community initiatives across Singapore. He lectures and mentors students and entrepreneurs through universities including NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, and INSEAD and supports emerging founders through Singapore’s startup ecosystem. Stan further contributes to educational, youth, and civic engagement initiatives through local community and nonprofit organizations.
