Asli Alemdaroğlu brings to ALI experience in corporate communications, sustainability strategy, and stakeholder engagement across the finance, consumer goods, telecommunications, and advertising sectors. As general manager of corporate communications and sustainability at Zorlu Holding, Asli co-led the group’s ESG strategy and integrated sustainability priorities into governance and business operations. She also held senior communications roles at Yildiz Holding, ING Bank Türkiye, Arçelik Türkiye, and Saatchi & Saatchi. As part of her executive responsibilities, Asli has helped to build programs focused on social innovation, youth engagement, gender equality, and employee volunteering. She co-founded imece, a platform supporting cross-sector collaboration on social and ecological challenges and partners with academic and civil society organizations on systems thinking and sustainability initiatives. Her work emphasizes inclusive organizational cultures, community engagement, and responsible governance practices.
