Olande Atere brings to ALI cross-industry leadership experience spanning financial services, telecommunications, and management consulting. Over many years at the First Bank of Nigeria, Nigeria’s oldest bank, Olande held several senior functional leadership positions overseeing customer experience and service delivery, branch operations, and workforce training and cultural transformation. She previously held senior roles at Africa’s largest mobile network operator, MTN, and at IBFC Agusto, one of Nigeria’s leading management consultancies.

As head of corporate social responsibility, Olande designed and institutionalized First Bank of Nigeria’s pioneering CSR architecture, launched the Bank’s first employee volunteering program, and partnered with NGOs, government agencies, and development institutions to scale programs in education, health, and financial inclusion. At MTN, she managed a variety of corporate social investment portfolios focused on economic empowerment, education, and grassroots development projects across Nigeria.
