Rama Ayman brings to ALI significant global experience in investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance across the metals, mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Rama held senior leadership roles at MMG Capital, KPMG, Hatch, Arcelor, BNP Paribas, and Deutsche Bank, advising companies and governments on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, privatizations, and strategic partnerships across global markets. He also worked extensively on cross-border transactions and investment initiatives tied to industrial development and the global energy transition. Outside of his corporate responsibilities, Rama engages with initiatives focused on education, philanthropy, and economic development. He served on the board of the Unity Foundation, supporting educational projects in the Global South, and advised The Sparo Corporation on expanding access to philanthropic participation. Rama also contributes to investment and development initiatives in emerging markets and participates in international dialogues on mining, energy, and sustainable development.
