Lisa Anderson brings to ALI deep and pioneering experience shaping global capital markets across the insurance, structured credit, and alternatives sectors. Lisa held senior leadership roles at Brookfield Asset Management, Napier Park, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and Salomon Brothers, where she developed investment structures and market frameworks that became industry standards. Her work included advancing credit derivatives markets, insurance-focused investment platforms, and global structured finance products. Lisa’s nonprofit and civic activities have focused on healthcare, education, mentorship, and community engagement. She served on the California Polytechnic University Foundation Board’s investment committee and supported pediatric healthcare initiatives through leadership with KiDS of NYU. Lisa has also volunteered with organizations including New York Cares and Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York.
