Bill Miracky

Bill Miracky is a strategist who brings to ALI a career of advising executives and boards of leading private, public, and social sector clients. At the strategy consultancy Monitor Group, Bill was the co-founder and lead partner of the firm’s global public sector practice, and following Monitor’s acquisition by Deloitte, he became the firm’s lead partner responsible for U.S. public sector strategy market offering and executive advisory. His work has focused on helping clients make competitive strategy choices, organizational and leadership alignment, and configuring operations, technology, data, and talent for success.

Bill’s multi-sector experience includes engagement with financial and transportation regulators, and defense and national security agencies, along with other civil government agencies and foreign governments. His social sector work includes pro bono consulting and CEO coaching engagements with social entrepreneurs and venture philanthropists focused on education and national service. Bill is a past private sector council member for the Partnership for Public Service, and has been a volunteer with City Year and his church.
