Sanjiv Mirchandani brings to ALI extensive executive-level leadership experience across wealth management, banking, custody, and financial services. Sanjiv served as president of Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions and National Financial, overseeing businesses serving broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, banks, and family offices. His work focused on strategic growth, technology transformation, and operational leadership. Earlier, he held senior product, marketing, and lending roles at Fidelity, American Express, and Citibank.

Sanjiv serves on the board of the Elevate Prize Foundation and supports philanthropic initiatives focused on medical research and social impact through musical fundraising performances with his band, hi-Fidelity. He has led fundraising efforts for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research, represented Fidelity through major industry and policy organizations, and remains active in mentoring and community engagement.
