Arnaldo (Arnau) Muñoz brings to ALI experience in digital transformation, consumer technology, and international business leadership across the travel, hospitality, education, and technology sectors. Arnaldo held senior leadership roles at Busuu, Selina, Airbnb, Vistaprint, easyJet, and lastminute.com, leading strategic growth, market expansion, product innovation, and operational transformation across Europe and North America. His work included scaling digital platforms, expanding international operations, and leading organizations through periods of rapid growth and transition.

Arnaldo co-founded ISDI, a digital education institution focused on developing digital capabilities and entrepreneurship, helping grow it from inception into a leading international learning platform. He was also a founding member of EJE&CON, an organization promoting workplace diversity and inclusive leadership. Arnaldo serves on the board of Gathern, a travel technology company, and Amref Health Africa, Africa's largest health development organization.
