Christine Kim

Christine Kim brings to ALI a lifetime of experience in real estate private equity and cross-border transactions. Chris is a founding member of Big Burn Bliss LLC and serves on the board of Pine Tree Funds. Earlier in her career, she was a partner at Willkie Farr New York and Jones Day Hong Kong, where she advised sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors on debt and equity transactions across Asia-Pacific and Australian markets. Chris also taught as an adjunct professor at the KDI School in Seoul and contributed to professional forums on law, real estate, and private equity.

Following her nomination by President Joseph R. Biden and confirmation by the U.S. Senate, Chris served on the National Council on the Humanities. She also supports initiatives focused on low-income housing, education, and community development through advisory and philanthropic roles, including with the Center of Hope in Haiti and Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
