Lei Ma brings to ALI experience in education, entrepreneurship, healthcare, and strategic advisory work across China, Canada, and Singapore. Lei began her career as a university lecturer before founding a technology company and later serving in senior management at Guangdong Development Bank. She also served as president of Stanma & Associates and as a strategic advisor to healthcare and technology organizations, including Aimin TCM Healthcare Associate and HiChina. Her work has spanned business strategy, investment, healthcare, and organizational leadership across international settings.

Lei joins her husband, Xiangdong “Stan” Zhang, as an ALI Partner.
