Fiona Macaulay

Fiona Macaulay brings to ALI experience in global leadership development, inclusive economic growth, and social enterprise across the international development sector. Fiona founded Women for Impactful Leadership Development Network (WILD), a global platform supporting leadership development for professionals across NGOs, multilateral institutions, foundations, and social enterprises in more than 100 countries. She also founded and led Making Cents International, a social enterprise focused on youth economic opportunity, entrepreneurship, and local capacity strengthening across 80 countries. Her work has centered on advancing women’s leadership, cross-sector collaboration, workforce development, and systems-level approaches to social impact and economic inclusion. Fiona also teaches and mentors students and entrepreneurs through Georgetown University and serves on nonprofit boards focused on global education, youth leadership, and international development.
