Lisa Martin brings to ALI successful entrepreneurial experience and expertise working with federal agencies around strategic priorities. Lisa founded LeapFrog Solutions, a communications and change management consultancy serving clients in the energy, healthcare, cybersecurity, transportation, and telecommunications sectors. Her work included leading communication strategies for ESG initiatives, public sector modernization efforts, and national programs connected to FEMA and the National Flood Insurance Program.

Lisa serves on nonprofit and civic boards focused on education, technology, community development, and public engagement. She has supported organizations including the International Spy Museum, Communities in Schools of Northern Virginia, and ACT for Alexandria Community Foundation. Lisa also remains active in venture and private equity investing and advises organizations on leadership, governance, and communications strategy.
