Ilana Esterrich

Ilana Esterrich brings to ALI expertise in financial strategy, operational transformation, and organizational leadership in complex and highly regulated environments. Most recently Ilana held senior finance and administrative leadership roles in nonprofit settings at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, and the American Coatings Association. She previously led finance functions at Thomson-Reuters, General Mills, and The Pillsbury Company, after starting her career in consulting roles at Computer Sciences Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Alongside her executive leadership, Ilana contributes to professional and civic initiatives focused on nonprofit leadership, financial management, and public service. She is a member of advisory councils and leadership groups connected to finance and nonprofit strategy, and also speaks and publishes widely on finance transformation, leadership, and organizational change. Ilana previously was a U.S. Army Reserve Officer.
