Jennifer Inker

Jennifer Inker brings to ALI experience in employment law, organizational leadership, and workforce strategy across the financial services sector. Jennifer served in senior legal leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, advising executives and business leaders on employment, governance, crisis management, and organizational policy matters across a global workforce. Her work included overseeing employment litigation, supporting corporate reorganizations and workplace initiatives, and leading mentoring and diversity programs.

Jennifer serves on the board of Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts and supports governance and diversity initiatives connected to women’s healthcare access. She also served on the Winsor School alumni board and co-led mock trial teams through Citizen Schools. Jennifer’s earlier career included work in education and learning disabilities, supporting students and families through teaching and assessment initiatives.
