Yingchen "Victor" Hu brings to ALI experience at the intersection of technology, investment, and cross-border collaboration, with a career encompassing venture capital, technology innovation, and strategic growth in China and the United States. Victor held leadership roles at China Venture Capital Fund, Macquarie Group, Hony Capital, Microsoft, Bain & Company, and IBM China focusing on investments and technology strategy. His work included investing in and advising technology-driven companies across sectors ranging from mobility and clean energy to cybersecurity and enterprise software.

Victor previously served on the board of the China-Australia Chamber of Commerce and led Macquarie's community engagement efforts in China. He also supports mentorship and relationship-building initiatives connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and global business communities and has remained active in alumni and cross-border professional networks focused on innovation, investment, and international collaboration.
