Jon Hitchon

Jon Hitchon brings to ALI experience in financial markets, operations, governance, and organizational leadership across the investment management and banking sectors. Jon served as chief operating officer of Two Sigma Investments, where he helped guide the firm’s operational growth, governance, and organizational development during a period of increasing scale and complexity. He also held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank and NatWest Markets, overseeing global equities, derivatives, prime finance, and trading operations.

Jon served as chair of the Managed Funds Association, helping lead industry engagement on policy, market structure, taxation, and intellectual property issues. He also served on the DTCC board and chaired its audit and risk committees. Jon mentors emerging professionals, supports foster children receiving medical care in the United States, and remains engaged in community and leadership initiatives.
