Shiva Dustdar brings to ALI deep experience in international finance, innovation advisory, public-private investment strategy, and impact investing. Shiva held senior leadership roles at the European Investment Bank, Fitch Ratings, and J.P. Morgan, where she worked across innovation and sustainable finance, risk management, and emerging markets. Her work focused on developing financing models and advisory platforms supporting green, digital, health, and high-impact innovation initiatives across Europe and global markets.

Shiva is a contributor to initiatives focused on philanthropy, gender equity, education, and sustainable development. She advises organizations including the Mona Foundation, UNDP and the Women International Network, and has mentored entrepreneurs through international leadership networks. She also lectures and speaks internationally on innovation and sustainable finance, the brain economy, systemic approaches to investment, and sustainable development.
