Deborah Di Sanzo brings to ALI deep experience at the intersection of technology innovation and healthcare. Deborah served in senior leadership positions for Best Buy, IBM, and Philips Healthcare, leading transformative growth across multi-billion-dollar enterprises and high-growth organizations, while translating innovation into meaningful patient impact. She currently serves on the board of directors for Alcon, a global leader in eye care, and is a past director of AstraZeneca, a global biopharmaceutical company.

Deborah is a recognized thought leader in artificial intelligence in health, health technology, and consumer health. As the CEO of Best Buy Health, Deborah advanced hospital-at-home and aging-in-place strategies; as general manager of IBM Watson Health she helped pioneer artificial intelligence solutions for the healthcare industry; and as CEO of Philips Healthcare, she was instrumental in the introduction of the first automated external defibrillator.

A 2019 ALI Fellow, Deborah returns to Harvard as an ALI Impact Leader in Residence.
