Alessandra Dabul brings to ALI significant experience as a sustainable business strategist, corporate lawyer, and impact investor, advising multinational corporations, educational institutions, foundations, and entrepreneurial ventures. Alessandra is a founding partner of Pereira, Dabul Advogados, a leading Brazilian business law firm with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, tax advisory, and strategic transactions. She is also a founding partner of Kriterium Estratégia e Valor, a leadership and strategy firm, and is a recognized speaker and lecturer on corporate governance, sustainable business, responsible leadership, and impact investing.

An active impact investor, Alessandra is a board chair of Brazil's Gávea Angels investing network and promotes Brazilian and U.S. trade and investment through board service with Amcham Brazil. She also serves on the board of the Fundação Grupo Boticário de Proteção à Natureza, one of Brazil's leading environmental organizations dedicated to biodiversity conservation, and is the past board chair of the International School of Curitiba.
