Tom Graney

Tom Graney brings to ALI more than 25 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical technology leadership. Tom served in senior executive and board roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, Generation Bio, Oxurion, and other life sciences companies across the United States and Europe. His work focused on corporate finance, strategic growth, commercialization, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational leadership across both public and private healthcare and biotechnology organizations.

Tom contributes to mentorship, education, and leadership development initiatives within the life sciences sector. He served as an adjunct professor at New York University, taught mergers and acquisitions, and mentored biotechnology CEOs through The Termeer Institute. Tom also serves on public and private company boards and supports the development of leadership and decision-making capabilities across global healthcare organizations.
