Kimberly Fay Boucher

Kimberly Fay Boucher brings to ALI over two decades of executive leadership spanning technology, marketing, and entrepreneurship. She led global marketing and branding for Analog Devices, spearheading brand and product launch strategies across sectors from aerospace to healthcare. As head of technology commercialization, she evaluated early-stage innovations, guided internal venture investments, and drove digital transformation initiatives across the company. Earlier in her career, Kim held senior roles at Lycos, The Boston Group, and General Mills, combining P&L management with business development and strategic consulting experience.

In parallel, Kim has dedicated herself to education and nonprofit leadership. She serves as a senior lecturer in entrepreneurship at MIT Sloan and a scholar in residence at Thayer Academy. She is the cofounder of the Women’s Foundation of Boston and has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Maranyundo STEM School for Girls in Rwanda.
