Art Trapotsis brings to ALI experience in advanced manufacturing, medical technology, and entrepreneurial leadership. Art served as chief executive officer and co-owner of Consolidated Sterilizer Systems, where he led the company’s growth in laboratory sterilization and healthcare technologies while advancing product innovation, operational modernization, organizational culture, and manufacturing excellence. Earlier in his career, he worked in engineering and product development roles spanning healthcare sterilization, biotechnology, and bioremediation technologies.

Alongside his professional leadership, Art serves on nonprofit and industry boards focused on manufacturing innovation, workforce development, and entrepreneurship. He chairs the boards of FORGE and the Greater Boston Manufacturing Partnership and mentors start-ups through MassRobotics and other entrepreneurial networks. Art also founded Keep It Tight Athletics, a nonprofit cycling community supporting fitness and philanthropy, and launched initiatives introducing underserved youth to cycling and healthy living.
