Sharon Tang brings to ALI a distinguished career leading transformation across healthcare, technology, and consumer sectors. Sharon held senior executive roles at WuXi Biologics, Bayer, Hershey, Philips, and Nortel where she spent three decades navigating complex geopolitical environments, regulations, and cross-cultural landscapes across North America, Europe, and Asia. Her expertise spans public affairs, ESG, and global brand management.

Sharon founded the WuXi Biologics Charity Foundation, chaired the Bayer China Volunteers Association, and served as EUCCC Marketing and Communications Forum Chairwoman. Recognized by the American Chamber of Commerce for sustainability and female leadership, she serves as a speaker and guest faculty member at several renowned universities. Sharon also mentors hundreds of emerging leaders, advancing community resilience, inclusive leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration.
