K. Bobbi Carbone, MD is a cardiac anesthesiologist and brings to ALI experience leading healthcare transformation across academic, nonprofit, public, and private health systems. She has served in senior executive roles at Premier Advisory, Wake Forest Baptist Health, Beaumont Health System, SEHA Abu Dhabi Health Services, Dubai Health Authority, and the University of Pennsylvania Health System, overseeing large-scale operational, clinical, and physician integration initiatives. Her work focused on operational and financial transformation, physician integration, population health, quality improvement, and healthcare performance across the United States and the Middle East.

Bobbi is a long-time contributor to healthcare education, patient safety, and clinical quality initiatives, and advises healthcare organizations on strategic planning, care transformation, and physician engagement. She served on the adjunct faculty at Rice University’s Jones School of Management, where she directed executive education programs for healthcare leaders, and authored publications and educational materials on anesthesiology, patient safety, and healthcare operations.
