Tom Bok

Tom Bok brings to ALI experience in data science, artificial intelligence, and quantitative investing across the hedge fund and asset management sectors. He held leadership roles at Freestone Grove Partners, Wellington Management, GMO, Lehman Brothers, and ITG, where he built AI and data science capabilities, led quantitative research teams, and developed algorithmic trading and investment systems. Tom’s work focused on integrating machine learning, data infrastructure, and analytics into investment strategy, governance, and enterprise decision-making.

Tom has contributed to mentoring and talent development initiatives within quantitative finance and data science, helping launch recruiting and training programs for emerging technical talent. Outside of his financial sector work, he serves on the boards of Bok Tower Gardens, a premier public garden in Florida, and the Mary Louise Curtis Bok Foundation, a philanthropy which primarily supports the Curtis Institute of Music, a private conservatory in Philadelphia where all students receive full scholarships.
