Hollie Castro brings to ALI success driving strategic business growth and transformation, both for Fortune 500 companies and late-stage start-ups. A five-time chief people and administration officer, Hollie has helped General Electric, Cisco Systems, Yeti, Talisman Energy, BMC Software, Miro, and Kony scale talent and architect cultures that have propelled growth and delivered significant shareholder value. She has built global workforces of up to 50,000 employees, run ESG and CSR initiatives, and carried responsibility for supply chain, communications, and real estate functions.

Hollie is a past member of the board for both Performing Arts Houston and Caprock Academy, a K-12 charter school in Colorado, and has also served as an advisory board member for Thunderbird University. She is an active coach and mentor of next generation leaders, and an author, conference speaker and panelist on human capital management subjects, recognized for leading transformations, uniting teams to solve complex challenges, and creating workplaces where employees thrive.
