Will Clarke

Will Clarke brings to ALI distinguished military service and global supply chain leadership across the aerospace, defense, retail, and airline sectors. During a 25-year U.S. Navy career, he served aboard a warship, submarine, and two aircraft carriers before advancing to senior procurement and logistics leadership roles, culminating in oversight of the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency's $36 billion annual procurement enterprise. More recently, he served as an executive for publicly traded companies, leading stores and facilities sustainment for Best Buy and global supply chain operations for Atlas Air, and now advises technology companies, middle-market businesses, and private equity firms on growth and strategy.

Will's board experience spans public, private, start-up, and nonprofit organizations. His service includes Pillsbury United Communities, a nonprofit advancing justice and well-being for underserved residents in Minneapolis; the Hennepin Technical College Foundation; and the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association. He has also served on the advisory council of the Posse Foundation, a nonprofit that develops young leaders to excel in college and beyond.
