York-Chi Harder brings to ALI experience in nonprofit leadership, education, and community engagement across the United States, Europe, and Asia. York-Chi chairs the governance committee of the board of directors of the Mark Morris Dance Group, serves on the advisory council of Columbia University Law School’s Center for Public Research and Leadership, and is active with several civic and nonprofit organizations in Maine. She has chaired both the Shanghai American School Board of Trustees and Active Kidz Shanghai, and founded the Montessori School of Warsaw following the fall of the Berlin Wall.

York-Chi joins her husband, Stephen Harder, as an ALI Partner.
